Lola (Alison Rey) gave up her acting career working in soap operas when she got married, but now she’s divorced and an old friend sent her a script with a part “she’d be perfect for”. But she’s reluctant to start up acting again.
Her stepson (Parker Ambrose) visits her bedroom as she tries out the script’s dialogue, and is quite supportive of her potential resumption of her career. But Lola has mixed feelings about the role. It’s about an older woman who is attracted to a younger man, the son of her ex.
